Description
LEGO construction building set titled Attack of the Wargs, set number 79002, from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey series. The set is manufactured from plastic interlocking bricks and includes a stated count of 400 pieces. Included are five specific minifigures: Thorin Oakenshield, Bifur the Dwarf, Yazneg, and two Hunter Orcs. The set also features two Warg animal figures, one finished in white and one in grey. The buildable elements include a large tree structure with a manual rotating function and a rock-launching catapult mechanism. The lot includes the original printed instruction manual and the original retail box. The internal components are stored within a non-original clear plastic zippered bag labeled with the set number.
Condition report:
The set is in used, unbuilt condition. The original retail box shows signs of shelf wear, including surface creasing and blunting at the corners. This is an open set, and the plastic components have been transferred to a secondary zippered bag. The instruction manual is present with minor handling wear. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
