Description
This LEGO Group plastic building set, number 79013, is titled Lake-town Chase and is part of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug collection. The set features a modular build of a Lake-town house with a prison cell, a pier structure, and a boat. The kit includes five specific minifigures: Bilbo Baggins, Thorin Oakenshield, Bard the Bowman, a Lake-town Guard, and the Master of Lake-town. The model incorporates various play features including a trap door, secret armory, and a catapult launcher. Included with the set are the original retail box and two assembly instruction manuals.
Condition report:
Pre-owned and opened condition. The retail box shows signs of wear, including creasing, edge wear, and corner blunting. The set components have been removed from their original factory-sealed bags and are currently housed in a clear plastic slider bag labeled with the set number. Instruction manuals are present. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
