Description
A set of four Lionel O gauge passenger cars featuring extruded aluminum bodies and die-cast metal trucks with spring-loaded couplers. The set includes three Canadian Pacific Railway cars and one Pennsylvania Railroad car. The Canadian Pacific cars consist of a 2552 Skyline 500 Vista Dome car with a raised clear plastic dome, a 2551 Banff Park observation car with a rounded tail end, and a standard coach car. The Pennsylvania Railroad car is a 2533 William Penn coach featuring a maroon stripe on the letterboard with white lettering. Each car contains plastic window inserts featuring passenger silhouettes. Included with the collection are two plastic bags containing aftermarket replacement decorative decal sets, labeled 2561-ADS and 2553-ADS, intended for the restoration of Lionel aluminum passenger cars. All the stripes on the cars are reproductions.
