Description
This vintage Märklin HO gauge electric locomotive is identified as model HS 800. The locomotive features a die-cast metal body and chassis with a 2-C-2 wheel arrangement. The exterior is finished in a two-tone green paint scheme, consisting of a dark green lower body and a lighter olive-green roof. It is equipped with two spring-loaded metal pantographs and functional headlights. The underside includes a center-rail pickup shoe designed for three-rail AC operation. The sides of the locomotive display raised lettering for the model number HS 800 and the manufacturer name MARKLIN. The item is accompanied by its original cardboard box, which features a repeating red and cream diamond pattern logo.
