Description
This set of model railway equipment in H0 scale consists of one electric locomotive and five passenger coaches manufactured by Roco, themed after the Swiss BLS (Bern-Lötschberg-Simplon) railway. The locomotive is a BLS Re 465 electric model, item number 63510, carrying road number 465 001-6. It features a specialized Connecting Europe / BLS Alptransit Lötschberg livery in white and dark blue with graphic mountain and locomotive illustrations. The locomotive is constructed with a plastic body mounted on a die-cast metal chassis.
The assortment of five passenger coaches is finished in the standard BLS dark blue and cream livery. The specific model numbers included are 45319 (1st Class), 45321 (2nd Class), 44475 (Lötschbergbahn), 44476 (Lötschbergbahn), and an older Roco International series coach numbered 4239A. Each coach is built from plastic and features metal wheels and axles. Every item in this collection is housed in its original manufacturer box. Side markings on the locomotive include BLS Alptransit Lötschberg and Connecting Europe. The coaches bear BLS or BLS Lötschbergbahn lettering.
