Description
This vintage HO scale electric model train set is manufactured by Fleischmann of Germany and features the New Haven Railroad livery in black, orange, and white. The set includes two diesel A-unit locomotives and three passenger cars. The locomotives are constructed with die-cast metal bodies and are printed with New Haven and NH logos, with one unit marked 1344 NH. The three silver-bodied passenger cars are plastic with orange window bands and black roofs, bearing New Haven and NH logos along with numbers 1415 N and 1414 N. The set contains a collection of curved and straight track sections. Included ephemera consists of an original instruction sheet titled How to Operate Your Fleischmann HO Train and a Fleischmann HO 1960-61 product catalog. The items are housed in their original illustrated cardboard box featuring dynamic train artwork and a yellow compartmentalized inner tray. The side of the box bears a manufacturer label marked 1344 / 3 N. Wear to box corners
