Description
A collection of vintage model railroad accessories and ephemera manufactured by Creglinger Modell-Spielwaren-Fabrik (A. Flor) of Creglingen/Wuerttemberg, Germany. The set includes two original product catalogs and one retail price list alongside two pre-assembled model buildings in HO scale. The first catalog is a vertical format dated 1954/55 featuring a town and railway layout on the cover. The second is a horizontal format dated 1955/56 featuring the Sporthotel model on the cover. The included price list is titled CREGLINGER MODEL U.S. RETAIL PRICES, indicating these items were marketed for the American market. The first building is a No.363 garden shed or hut constructed with vertical brown wood siding, a sloped black roof with a chimney, and bright green shutters and fencing. It is detailed with green flocking and red floral accents. The second building is No. 344 a white-walled cottage or bungalow featuring a textured plaster finish and a red-tiled hip roof. It includes a porch area with a pergola covered in climbing vines and red flowers, a small bench, and a chimney. The structures are primarily composed of wood and heavy card with textured coatings and dyed flocking for scenic elements. All ephemera pieces are clearly marked with the manufacturer name, location, and the telephone number 375.
