Description

This is a vintage HO scale miniature model railroad building, depicted as a signal house. The design and construction are characteristic of mid-20th-century German manufacture. The structure is built from painted wood and heavy cardstock with a textured cream-colored stucco finish on the exterior walls. The hipped roof features a dark, granular composition texture intended to simulate asphalt or slate. The front facade features a central rectangular sign printed with the name Heilsbronn in black Fraktur-style script. The building includes six upper-level windows with grid inserts and five lower-level windows, two of which are accented with flower boxes containing colorful floral details. The exterior is decorated with applied green foam foliage representing climbing ivy. Two orange-painted doors are located on the side and front elevations. A single square chimney is present on the roofline.
