Description
This LEGO construction set, number 10237, depicts the Tower of Orthanc from Isengard as seen in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. The model features six detailed floors, including an attic, library, alchemy room, Saruman’s throne room, entrance hall, and dungeon. The set includes five minifigures: Saruman, Grima Wormtongue, Gandalf the Grey, an Uruk-hai, and an Orc Pitmaster. Additionally, the set features a buildable Treebeard Ent figure with poseable limbs and a Great Eagle figure. A functional light brick mechanism is integrated into the build to illuminate the palantir. The set consists of 2,359 pieces and is accompanied by its original cardboard box and three instruction booklets.

Condition report:
This set is pre-owned and currently disassembled. The plastic components have been sorted and are contained in three large, clear storage bags hand-labeled with the set number and bag numbers 1 through 3. The original cardboard packaging remains present but not in great shape. It exhibits shelf wear, specifically scuffing and creasing along the edges and corner points. The three instruction manuals are included. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
