Description
This collection features a Fleischmann HO scale model of the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB) InterCity Experimental (ICE) high-speed train. The group includes the three-piece starter set (item number 4460) along with two additional individual coaches (item numbers 4461 and 4462). The units are constructed with plastic bodies and metal chassis components. The 4460 set consists of one motorized lead power car numbered 410 001-2, one non-motorized trailing power car numbered 410 002-0, and one intermediate passenger coach. The additional coaches are individual intermediate passenger units. All pieces feature a white finish with a magenta longitudinal stripe, stylized ICE lettering, and the DB logo. The power cars are equipped with roof-mounted pantographs. The set is housed in its original red cardboard box with a molded plastic insert, and the individual coaches are contained in their original clear acrylic jewel cases. Markings on the boxes and cases include Fleischmann HO and the respective model numbers 4460, 4461, and 4462.
