Description
A Lionel O-Gauge model train set featuring a Boston & Maine GP-9 three-unit diesel locomotive lash-up, model number 6-11843. This set consists of three locomotive units in an ABA configuration, including two powered units and one dummy unit, bearing road numbers 2389, 2380, and 2381. The units are constructed from die-cast metal and plastic components. Technical features integrated into the set include Pullmor motors, Magne-Traction, ElectroCouplers, RailSounds, CrewTalk, TowerCom, and directional lighting. The locomotives are finished in a blue, white, and black Boston & Maine livery with the road logo prominently displayed on the sides. The set is accompanied by its original decorative display box featuring the stylized Lionel L logo and the original brown cardboard shipping carton, which bears a shop order date of September 15, 1998.
