A collection of Lionel O-gauge postwar model train components. The group includes a 2344C Dummy diesel locomotive in New York Central livery, finished in gray and silver with a white horizontal stripe. The rolling stock consists of several silver streamliner passenger cars featuring interior passenger silhouettes and die-cast metal trucks. Included in the lot are one No. 2435 Elizabeth Pullman car, two No. 2436 Mooseheart observation cars, and one No. 2436 Summit observation car. Notably, the Summit car is marked with the 2436 model number. Each car is marked Lionel Lines on the roof. The collection is accompanied by four original Lionel orange and blue cardboard boxes, all identified on the end flaps as No. 2436 Illuminated Observation Car. The original boxes are worn and incomplete.
