Description
A group of Lionel O-Gauge model trains and accessories from the post-war era. The collection includes a No. 685 4-6-4 Hudson-type steam locomotive featuring a die-cast metal body with white cab markings and an internal electric motor. It is paired with a black 6026WX Lionel Lines tender featuring white lettering and a plastic body on a metal frame. The freight car assortment consists of a No. 3419 Navy helicopter launching flatcar in blue plastic with a cream-colored plastic helicopter marked Navy with a star insignia; a No. 6736 Detroit and Mackinac red plastic hopper car with white lettering and the Mackinac Macs Huron Route logo; a No. 6802 red plastic flatcar carrying a black girders marked U. S. S Steel with the USS logo; and a No. 6430 red plastic flatcar carrying two white ribbed plastic trailers. A red plastic tractor truck cab accessory is included for use with the trailers. The freight cars are constructed with plastic bodies on metal frames with metal wheels.
