Description
This collection consists of nine Lionel No. 195 Railroad Yard Floodlight towers, manufactured by the Lionel Corporation of New York and Chicago. Each unit features a stamped steel lattice-work mast finished in silver paint, set into a tan plastic base. The top of each tower houses a plastic assembly containing eight clear floodlight bulbs. Small red and white decals with the Lionel name are affixed to the upper masts. The lot includes three original cardboard boxes: two smaller boxes in a red, white, and blue color scheme labeled No. 195 Railroad Yard Floodlight, and one larger orange box labeled Lionel Electric Trains. A paper instruction sheet with a schematic diagram is also present. The towers include electrical wiring for connection to a model railroad transformer.
