Description
A collection of six vintage O-gauge model train cars manufactured by Lionel during the mid-20th century postwar era. The group consists of a variety of freight and maintenance equipment featuring plastic bodies with die-cast metal frames, trucks, and wheels. Included is a Lionel No. 601 Seaboard Switcher Locomotive, which is an NW-2 type diesel engine with a black and red livery, featuring white SEABOARD lettering and a circular logo with a heart symbol. A Lionel No. 6175 Navy Missile Flatcar features a black body carrying a removable white and red plastic missile marked U.S. NAVY. The set includes a Lionel No. 6464-150 Missouri Pacific Eagle Boxcar in a three-color blue, silver, and yellow paint scheme with a functional yellow sliding door and Missouri Pacific Lines markings. A Lionel 6512 Cherry Picker Car is present with a black flatcar base and a rotating mechanism consisting of a grey cab and a black lattice boom. Also included is a Lionel No. 6812 Track Maintenance Car in red and yellow, featuring two blue plastic worker figures on the upper platform. Completing the group is a Lionel No. 536417 Pennsylvania N5c type porthole caboose in a tuscan red finish with white Pennsylvania lettering and a New York Zone designation.
