A collection of post-war O-gauge model train trackside accessories manufactured by The Lionel Corporation, New York, N.Y. The group consists of various boxed and unboxed items constructed from mixed materials, including die-cast metal, stamped steel, and plastic. Boxed items include a No. 150 Telegraph Pole Set featuring brown plastic poles on a yellow cardstock insert; a No. 308 Railroad Sign Set featuring five individual signs (numbered 301 through 305); a No. 309 Yard Set containing eight various railroad signs with a vintage price sticker for $1.00; a No. 310 Billboard Set; a No. 252 Automatic Crossing Gate with a die-cast base and striped arm; a No. 253 Automatic Block Signal; a No. 154 Automatic Road Crossing Signal; a No. 153 Automatic Block Signal and Control; a No. 151 Semaphore; a No. 410 Billboard Blinker; a No. 148 Dwarf Signal; and a No. 140 Banjo Signal. Unboxed accessories include a wig-wag crossing signal with “Stop When Swinging” signage, multiple searchlight signals with green and black painted bases, and a double searchlight signal. Many of these components are designed for electrical operation within a standard Lionel layout. Original boxes worn.
