Description
A collection of vintage Lionel O-gauge toy trains and railroad accessories, primarily manufactured in the pre-war era. The group features a No. 252 electric locomotive finished in green with a metal frame, brass pantograph, and dual top-mounted headlights. Side plates are marked LIONEL and 252. The accompanying rolling stock includes a silver-colored No. 804 tank car with LIONEL LINES and a Sunoco Oils diamond logo, a green No. 805 boxcar with an orange roof, two No. 803 hopper cars (one green, one dark green), a No. 806 stock car in orange and maroon, a green No. 831 flatcar with a wooden log load, and a red No. 807 caboose with a green roof. All rolling stock pieces exhibit LIONEL LINES markings. The accessory group consists of a semaphore signal, clock-face signs, crossbuck railroad crossing signs with Danger Lookout for Train text, two crossing gates with striped arms, and multiple telegraph poles with red crossarms on both green and gray bases. Construction materials include lithographed tinplate, cast iron, and wood.
