Description
This model train set consists of a 4-8-4 GS-2 steam locomotive and its accompanying tender, manufactured by M.T.H. Electric Trains as part of the RailKing One-Gauge line. Identified by item number 70-3011-1, the set is modeled in 1:32 scale and is designed to operate on standard 45mm gauge track. Both the locomotive and tender feature impact-resistant polycarbonate bodies finished in black Southern Pacific livery. The locomotive cab is printed with the road number 4413, and the tender is marked with Southern Pacific in white block lettering and includes a company logo on the rear. Mechanical and electronic features include the Proto-Sound 2.0 system with freightyard and passenger station effects, a precision flywheel-equipped DC can motor, an operating puffing smoke unit, and a firebox glow. Lighting components include a constant voltage headlight, marker lights, and a directionally controlled backup light on the tender. The cab features an illuminated interior with sliding windows and includes cab figures. The set includes metal handrails and a metal bell. This lot is presented in its original yellow and green RailKing One-Gauge box and includes accessories such as two tubes of smoke fluid and an uninstalled hook-and-loop coupler.
