Description
This collection consists of three mid-20th-century technical manuals produced by Gebr. Märklin & Cie. GmbH for identifying and ordering spare parts for model railways. Two matching volumes are bound in red vinyl-style ring binders featuring the Märklin logo in a rectangular border and the word Einzelteile in gold-tone script. The third volume is a red cloth-covered ring binder titled Märklin Einzelteile Ausgabe A 1953-58. The interior pages are printed in German and contain comprehensive technical illustrations, exploded-view diagrams, and part lists for various HO scale locomotives and rolling stock. Specific sections visible include Schienenbus 3016 mit Beiwagen 4018 and Allgemeine Lokomotiv-Einzelteile Spur HO. These manuals were utilized by dealers and hobbyists for the maintenance and repair of post-war era model trains. All have water damage but no pages are stuck together.
