Description
This vintage model railway scenic accessory is manufactured by F.E.M. (Fonderie Elettromeccaniche Milanesi), identified as model number S. 300. The item consists of a rectangular dark brown base supporting several trackside elements. A small signal hut features an orange-brown textured body with a blue corrugated roof and open window apertures. The signal post includes a white upright with a black housing at the top containing a yellow light detail. Mounted below the signal head is a triangular warning sign with a red border and an illustration of a steam locomotive. Additional details include a small red-painted hydrant and green-painted picket fencing on the platform edges. The construction utilizes a combination of painted tinplate and die-cast metal components on a solid composition or wooden base. The original tan cardboard box is included, featuring a paper end label with the F.E.M. wheel logo, the word Depositato, and the alphanumeric code S. 300.
