Description
This vintage Preiser architectural model , based on its characteristic mid-century German construction and materials. The structure is an HO scale ranch-style house with yellow exterior walls featuring a horizontal siding texture. The central gabled entryway is finished in a gray stone-patterned texture. A red shingled gabled roof is accented by a tall red brick-patterned chimney. The windows are detailed with brown shutters and small floral window boxes containing multicolored artificial blooms. A miniature painted human figure is visible within one of the window frames. The entire house is integrated into a contoured, landscaped base. The base includes a fieldstone-patterned retaining wall, a lower-level garage opening, and a set of stairs leading to the main entrance level. The landscaping is composed of lichen, moss-like ground cover, and a white flocked material simulating snow. Materials used in construction include painted wood, textured paper, and cardstock.
