Description
A vintage miniature two-story architectural model house, likely produced in the mid-20th century and styled after European residential architecture. The structure is built with cream-colored stucco-textured composition walls and features a red-painted hipped roof with a molded tile pattern and a square chimney. Design elements include various windows with frames and flower boxes containing small, multi-colored accents. One side of the house contains a small covered porch with a red roof, while the opposite side includes an upper-level balcony with a railing and applied dried lichen foliage. The model is mounted on a rectangular base surrounded by a low perimeter fence with a stone-textured finish in reddish-brown with white mortar lines, topped by wooden-style slats. Circa 1952.
