Description
A Marklin Gauge 1 model of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) Class Ce 6/8 III Crocodile electric locomotive, item number 5736. The locomotive features an articulated three-section body constructed primarily from die-cast metal with plastic and metal detailing components. It is finished in a dark green livery with a gray chassis and red detailing on the roof-mounted electrical equipment. The model is equipped with two functional pantographs and multiple driving axles in the characteristic articulated configuration.
The cab sides are marked with the running number 13254 and the class designation Be 6/8 III. Additional technical markings are visible along the frame, including the designation Ri Be 24476. The locomotive is mounted on a grooved wooden display base. The lot includes the original graphic cardboard box which features the Marklin logo, the Roman numeral I indicating Gauge 1, and the product number 5736.
