Description
A set of HO scale model train carriages manufactured by Fulgurex, representing the rolling stock of the French Paris-Lyon-Mediterranee (PLM) Railway from 1910 to 1914. The collection consists of four detailed carriages constructed from high-quality brass. The set includes a green baggage and guard van with a raised cupola, a red first-class passenger car, a brown second-class passenger car, and a dark green third-class passenger car. Each model features extensive fine detailing, including roof-mounted piping and vents, wire handrails at the ends, detailed undercarriage brake rigging, and realistic buffers and couplers. The exterior finish features multi-tone paint with crisp gold-colored lettering. Specific markings on the passenger cars include P L M, class indicators I, II, and III, and destinations EXPRESS and SUISSE – ITALIE. The baggage van is marked 15T and 25598. Included is the original blue textured presentation box, which features gold-leaf graphics depicting the train consist and identifies the set as Voitures P.L.M. 1910-1914 by FULGUREX.
