Description
This lot features two vintage miniature buildings designed in the style of mid-20th-century European model scenery. Both structures are constructed from a composition material or heavy cardboard with a textured finish applied to the exterior walls to simulate plaster. The first building #43, is a miniature cottage featuring white walls, green window shutters accented with floral details, and a red-painted roof with a textured shingle pattern. It includes a single white chimney and is mounted on a dark brown base with green flocking to simulate ground cover. The second building $40, is a miniature barn or stable characterized by a half-timbered (fachwerk) design on the upper story and gables. It features a red-painted textured shingle roof and a ground-floor arched opening housing a small, painted figure of a white horse. The building is mounted on a plain, thin dark brown base.
