Description
A vintage miniature architectural model no 476 Ticno house. The structure is constructed from a combination of painted wood, cardstock, and composite materials. The exterior walls are finished with a textured cream-colored material to simulate stucco, while the roof consists of overlapping brown-painted strips to represent wood planks. The building features a split-level roofline with arched windows and doorways alongside smaller square window openings. A prominent exterior chimney and the house foundation are decorated with a hand-painted yellow brick-and-mortar pattern. External details include climbing green faux foliage made of sponge-like flocking, a second-story balcony with a wooden railing, a stacked woodpile on the side, and a carved wooden water trough or fountain at the front. The entire model is mounted on an irregularly shaped thin wooden base painted green.
