Rivarossi (Como, Italy) Gold Series HO scale model steam switching locomotive, model number 21221. This model represents the Baltimore & Ohio (B&O) C-16 class 0-4-0, commonly known as a Dockside switcher. The locomotive is constructed from gold painted plastic body and die-cast metal. This specific edition features a uniform gold-tone finish applied to the boiler, cab, cylinders, and chassis components. The model is equipped with a standard HO scale electric motorized chassis and detailed external valve gear. Visible markings include a circular cast RR logo on the cylinders. The original packaging includes a red plastic base and a clear acrylic lid. The lot includes the original printed instruction sheets and a section of display track.
