Description
Märklin model TT 800 HO gauge steam locomotive. This 2-8-2 tank engine represents a Class 86 locomotive. The body and chassis are constructed from die-cast metal. It features a black paint finish with a red chassis and red spoked wheels. Detailed valve gear and external piping are present. Markings on the cab sides include TT 800 and 86 197 above the smaller notation Gfn. The front of the locomotive also displays the number 86 197. The item is accompanied by its original red and white cardboard box featuring a repeating diamond pattern with the Märklin name and a locomotive graphic. The box end label is marked MÄRKLIN TT 800 and Made in Germany.
