Description
This collection consists of seven HO scale model railroad refrigerated beer transport freight cars manufactured by Fleischmann in West Germany. The cars are constructed with plastic bodies and metal chassis, wheels, and couplers. The group includes various brewery liveries: Heineken Bier (green and white), Warteck Basel (blue and white with beer glass illustration), Amstel Bier (white with red logo), Carlsberg (white with green script), Grolsch Bier (yellow with red script), and two variations of Kulmbacher Reichelbräu. Six original Fleischmann cardboard boxes are present, featuring three vintage red and white boxes (model numbers 5026, 1209, and 5046) and three yellow window display boxes (model numbers 1206, 1213 D, and A1211). The box for the Warteck Basel car includes a vintage price sticker from the Swiss retailer Jouets Weber / Franz Carl Weber. The Grolsch Bier car is currently loose without a corresponding box shown.
