Description
4 Lionel Postwar model railroad accessories, each presented in its original cardboard box. The collection includes a Lionel Postwar No. 455 Oil Derrick and Pumper branded “SUNOCO.” Also included is a No. 356 Freight Station, featuring a green roof, white building, and brown base, adorned with “BALO’S, ” “SUNOCO, ” and “RIVAL” signage. The lot further comprises a No. 193 Water Tower with Blinker Light, characterized by its red metal lattice structure and silver tank, and a No. 128 Animated Newsstand (apple green variant) with a red roof, a “LIONEL NEWS” sign, and a miniature figure. All items are constructed primarily from painted metal and plastic components. The accompanying boxes are standard brown cardboard, each clearly marked “LIONEL TRAINS, ” with some specifying “THE LIONEL CORPORATION NEW YORK Made in U.S. of America CHICAGO, ” consistent with mid-20th century American production.
