Description
A Lionel Classics Racing Automobiles Set, model number 6-13803. The set is presented in its original red cardboard box, prominently branded “LIONEL CLASSICS” and bearing the item number 6-13803. The box lists specifications including “BAKED ENAMEL FINISH, ” “FORMED STEEL CONSTRUCTION, ” “10 CURVED TRACKS, ” and “4 STRAIGHT TRACKS.” It is accompanied by a separate plain cardboard box, labeled “10-4028 Straight Race Car Track Section 4 per Case, ” containing additional track sections. Inside the main box, a white styrofoam insert securely holds the components. These include two vintage-style open-wheel racing cars, one orange with the number “9” and one maroon with the number “5,” both appearing to be die-cast metal or plastic.
