Description
These two LEGO building sets are from The Lord of the Rings theme. The first set, number 9470 Shelob Attacks, contains 227 pieces and features a buildable figure of the spider Shelob with articulated legs and a web-string mechanism. This set includes minifigures of Frodo Baggins, Samwise Gamgee, and Gollum, along with a small terrain build. The second set, number 79005 The Wizard Battle, contains 113 pieces and depicts the throne room of Orthanc with a rotating throne and Palantir pedestal. This set includes minifigures of Gandalf the Grey and Saruman. Both sets include their original color-printed retail boxes and instruction manuals. The pieces for each set are contained in separate clear plastic zip-top bags marked with their respective set numbers.
Condition report:
Both sets are in pre-owned, opened condition. The pieces have been sorted into bags. The original boxes show moderate shelf wear, including creasing, edge rubbing, and minor corner crushing. Instruction manuals are present and show typical signs of use. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
