A collection of vintage softbound paper booklets, pamphlets, and folded leaflets published by The Lionel Corporation of New York, NY, dating approximately from 1950 to 1957. The assortment includes several editions of How to Operate Lionel Trains and Accessories, with three copies of the 1955-56 edition featuring an engineer graphic on the cover. The group contains various versions of the Instructions for Assembling and Operating Lionel Trains booklets in multiple color schemes, including red, green, yellow and blue, and tan and blue. Service-related materials include multiple Lionel Service Stations directories, with one notably dated August 1950 – July 1951. Accessory and layout guides comprise Lionel Accessories booklets, a Track Layouts for Lionel pamphlet marked 25 cents with a Woodruff Corp stamp, and a yellow and blue Instructions and Blue Prints for Lionel booklet featuring a steam engine graphic.
