This lot features two vintage postwar O-gauge model train accessories manufactured by The Lionel Corporation. The first accessory is a No. 182 Remote Control Magnetic Crane. The unit is constructed from silver-painted metal lattice for the tower and black-painted metal or plastic for the crane cab. The cab is marked with Bucyrus Erie and Lionel Lines in white print. It features a functioning boom with an attached electromagnet and includes a wired four-button remote control with a central rotary dial. The second accessory is a No. 97 Remote Control Coal Elevator. It is composed of a silver-painted metal frame with a chain-and-bucket lift mechanism, a yellow-painted metal or plastic housing with a red roof, and a black base. This item is accompanied by an original cloth drawstring bag labeled Artificial Coal. Both items include their original worn factory cardboard boxes with identification labels.
