Description
A collection of Lionel O-gauge model trains and trackside accessories. The set includes a No. 1666 2-6-2 steam locomotive constructed of die-cast metal, featuring the cab number 1666, wire handrails, and detailed valve gear. Accompanying the locomotive is a No. 2235W black tender with a molded coal load, marked LIONEL LINES on both sides. The rolling stock consists of two No. 1717 gondola cars in orange and yellow lithographed tinplate with black frames, featuring markings for capacity and dimensions, and a No. 1722 caboose in red lithographed tinplate with a dark red roof and black frame. The accessories comprise a No. 62 Semaphore with a green metal base and red wooden and metal arm, a No. 69 highway crossing signal with a green metal base and a yellow diamond-shaped sign marked RAILROAD CROSSING LOOK OUT FOR THE LOCOMOTIVE, and a dual-light No. 078 signal stanchion with a brown cast metal base featuring red and green lenses.
