The locomotive and tender set, model 6-18003, is finished in a black livery with the cab numbered 1501 and the tender marked LACKAWANNA. The locomotive features include a Pullmor motor, Magne-Traction, puffing smoke, steam emissions, an illuminated headlight, and electronic Sound of Steam and whistle. The locomotive and tender are primarily constructed of die-cast metal. The accompanying Wabash Railroad passenger cars are finished in dark blue with grey roofs.
