Description
This is an O-gauge model train set featuring a steam locomotive and matching tender produced by MTH Electric Trains under the Rail King brand. The set depicts a New York Central 0-8-0 switch engine, item number 30-1123-1. Both the locomotive and tender are constructed with die-cast metal bodies finished in a matte black paint. The locomotive cab is marked with the road number 415, while the tender features New York Central lettering in white. This model is designed for 3-rail O-gauge operation and is compatible with O-27 track. Integrated features include a precision flywheel-equipped motor, a Proto-Sound DCRU reverse unit with electronic whistle, an operating Proto-Smoke system, and an operating headlight. The locomotive features a detailed interior and all-metal wheels and gears. The tender is equipped with an operating die-cast metal coupler and a die-cast coal load. The set includes its original illustrated Rail King box.
