Description
This lot features a Schuco Studio series collection including two boxed construction kits and an Auto Union racer. The Studio III assembly kit (Art. Nr. 01644) features a silver Mercedes-Benz W196 streamlined body, while the Studio VII kit (Art. Nr. 06041) represents Stirling Moss’s 1953 Monaco Grand Prix Mercedes-Benz W196 with a driver figure. Also included is a pre-assembled Studio II Auto Union model (Art. Nr. 01220) with a silver chassis embossed with “Schuco STUDIO II”, “AUTO UNION”, and “MADE IN GERMANY”. These tinplate toys feature clockwork motors, steerable front axles, and original tools for assembly within their pictorial cardboard boxes.
