Description
Banthrico Inc. manufactured this pair of promotional die-cast metal Autobanks in Chicago during the early 1950s. Each bank is slush-cast from zinc and equipped with black metal baseplates, rubber tires, and top-loading coin slots. The lot features a green 1950 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe and a teal 1953 Buick Roadmaster with a printed Tyler Blue roof imprint. Both units display embossed manufacturer marks and the registered Autobank trademark on their respective baseplates.
