Description
Produced by S.I.L. in Hong Kong, this trio of vintage friction-powered plastic model cars includes two 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Stingrays both yellow one with original box. and one 1967 Mercury Cougar XR7 with original box. Each vehicle features a molded body with opening hoods revealing chrome-finished engines and internal friction motors. The models are detailed with contrasting interiors, steering wheels, and chrome-effect plastic trim and hubcaps. The collection is comprised of one loose model and two examples housed within their original color-graphic window boxes showing moderate shelf wear. These toys were made in Hong Kong in the 1960’s.
