Description
Two LEGO Creator 3-in-1 building sets, featuring the Treehouse (Set 31010) and the Apple Tree House (Set 5891). The LEGO Treehouse set 31010 includes three instruction manuals for its primary build and two alternate builds: a lakeside hut and a farmyard barn. This set includes its original retail cardboard box. The Apple Tree House set 5891 includes three instruction manuals for constructing a suburban house, a townhouse, or a summer cottage. Both sets include their respective bricks sorted into clear plastic storage bags. Two large green rectangular baseplates are included. All components and documentation feature the LEGO logo and respective set numbers.
Condition report:
Used condition. Bricks are disassembled and stored in labeled plastic bags. The original box for set 31010 displays visible wear, including surface creasing, blunting to the corners, and adhesive tape remnants. Set 5891 is offered without its original box. Instruction manuals show minor signs of handling and edge wear. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
