Description
This is a LEGO building set from the Creator Expert Modular Buildings series, identified as set number 10197, titled Fire Brigade (French title: La Brigade de Feu). Included in the lot are two original printed instruction manuals, numbered 1 and 2, which display the finished 1930s-style firehouse model. The building pieces are distributed among three clear plastic storage bags, each hand-marked with the set number 10197 and a sequence number. Two gray rectangular baseplates are included to serve as the foundation for the build. The completed model features a detailed facade with a bell tower, a working garage door, and a vintage-style fire engine. The LEGO brand logo and set number are clearly printed on the covers of both instruction booklets.

Condition report:
The set is offered in pre-owned, disassembled condition. The two instruction booklets show moderate signs of use, including creasing, corner wear, and minor edge fraying. The plastic pieces appear to be in good condition. The storage bags are aftermarket replacements with handwritten black ink notations. The original retail packaging is not included. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
