Description
This is a disassembled LEGO Creator 3-in-1 construction set, model number 5770, titled Lighthouse Island. The set belongs to the Creator series, which allows for the assembly of three different models using the same collection of parts. The primary build is a lighthouse on an island featuring a light-up brick element. Secondary builds include a boathouse with a pier and a seafood restaurant. The lot consists of a large quantity of loose LEGO bricks and components contained within a clear plastic gallon-sized storage bag and three original paper instruction manuals, one for each of the three possible configurations. The bag is labeled with the set number and series name in handwritten ink.
Condition report:
The set is in used condition and is offered disassembled. The original retail box is not present. The instruction manuals show signs of handling and minor wear to the covers and edges. The light-up brick is present. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
