Description
This is a retired LEGO Architecture series building set featuring the Robie House, located in Chicago, Illinois. The set is model number 21010 and was designed by Adam Reed Tucker as part of the Architect Series. The lot includes the original cardboard retail box and the softcover instruction manual. The components are currently disassembled and stored within two large zippered plastic bags that have been labeled. The front of the box displays the LEGO logo in red, the series name Architecture, the model name Robie House, and the location. It also specifies an age recommendation of 16 +, the set number 21010, and a piece count of 2,276. The reverse side of the box features a printed facsimile signature of architect Frank Lloyd Wright along with a brief biography. The instruction manual contains building steps and architectural history of the structure.

Condition report:
Pre-owned condition. The set is disassembled. The original box exhibits visible shelf wear including scuffing to the faces, edge rubbing, and creasing with minor tears at the corners and opening flaps. The softcover instruction manual shows surface wear and light creasing to the front and back covers. Plastic storage bags feature handwritten ink notations. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
