Description
A trio of building sets manufactured by the LEGO Group under the Castle theme. The collection features three distinct sets from two different release periods. Included is set 70402 The Gatehouse Raid, released in 2013, which contains 248 pieces. Also included is set 70401 Gold Getaway, also from 2013, with 199 pieces. The third set is 7040 Dwarves Mine Defender, released in 2008 as part of the Fantasy Era subtheme, containing 86 pieces. Each set features medieval-themed motifs such as knights, horses, siege weaponry, and fortified structures. Each set includes its original retail box and the corresponding printed instruction manual. The pieces have been disassembled and organized into labeled plastic slider bags. Each box prominently displays the LEGO brand mark, set number, and age recommendations.
Condition report:
These sets are in used, disassembled condition. The original retail boxes exhibit varying degrees of shelf wear, including corner rubbing, surface creasing, and minor edge tearing, most notably on the top right edge of the 7040 box. The printed instruction manuals are present for all three sets and show signs of handling. The plastic pieces appear well-maintained within their respective storage bags. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
