Description
This lot features a disassembled LEGO Creator Expert set, identified as the Parisian Restaurant, Set No. 10243. The set belongs to the Modular Buildings series. The lot includes three original instruction manuals, numbered 1, 2, and 3, which bear the LEGO, Creator, and Expert branding. The various building elements and bricks are organized into three clear plastic storage bags, hand-labeled Parisian Restaurant 10243 and numbered 1 through 3 to correspond with the build stages in the manuals. A single grey 32×32 stud baseplate is included as the foundation for the build. No box included

Condition report:
Pre-owned and disassembled. The instruction manuals show light surface wear and minor creasing from previous use but remain fully legible and intact. While the bricks are sorted into bags. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
