Description
This lot features two disassembled sets manufactured by LEGO, both complete with their original retail boxes and instruction manuals. The first set is from the Kingdoms theme, titled King’s Carriage Ambush, set number 7188. It consists of 285 pieces and includes components for a horse-drawn carriage, two white horses with decorative headpieces, and four minifigures. The build features two forest ambush sections, one of which contains a functional swinging hammer mechanism. The second set is the Forest Hideout, set number 40567, released as a 90 Years of Play promotional item. This 258-piece set is a modern recreation of a vintage 1988 Forestmen theme and features a tree hideout with a blue roof, a ladder, a target, and two Forestmen minifigures. Both sets are stored in labeled plastic storage bags within their respective boxes.
Condition report:
Both sets are in used, disassembled condition. The instruction manuals are present for both sets and show minor signs of handling. The original box for set 7188 exhibits moderate shelf wear, including visible scuffing, corner softening, and creasing along the edges. The box for set 40567 is in good condition with only minor shelf wear present at the corners. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
