Description
This lot features two LEGO Creator 3-in-1 building sets themed around residential architecture. The first set is LEGO Creator 4996 Beach House, which includes three original instruction manuals numbered 4996-1, 4996-2, and 4996-3. It is accompanied by a single 16×32 stud green baseplate and a clear plastic bag containing yellow, white, and black plastic building bricks. The second set is LEGO Creator 6754 Family House, which includes four instruction manuals detailing the various build options. The bricks for this set are contained in a separate clear plastic bag and consist of tan, red, and blue plastic components.
Condition report:
The sets are offered in used condition without original boxes. Instruction manuals show minor edge wear and creasing from handling. Set 6754 Family House is missing its original large baseplate. One green baseplate is included for set 4996. While the primary brick colors for each set are grouped in bags, total part completeness has not been inventoried or guaranteed. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
