Description
A LEGO Star Wars construction set, model number 7879, titled Hoth Echo Base. This Limited Edition release consists of 773 pieces designed to build a representation of the Rebel base from The Empire Strikes Back. The base features several play areas including a medical bay with a translucent blue bacta tank, a command center, a rotating radar dish, and a sliding blast door. The set features eight minifigures: Han Solo in Hoth outfit, Princess Leia in Hoth outfit, Luke Skywalker in bacta tank outfit, Chewbacca, a 2-1B Medical Droid, a red R-3PO protocol droid, and two Snowtroopers. Also included are a Tauntaun figure with a saddle and a Snowtrooper speeder bike. The set is presented disassembled within two clear, resealable plastic bags, both marked with the set number 7879. Included with the set are the original retail box and two instruction manuals labeled Book 1 and Book 2.
Condition report:
The set is opened and disassembled. As the set is pre-owned and unsealed. The original cardboard box shows visible shelf wear, including scuffing and softening at the corners and along the edges. There is a significant tear and associated creasing on the right-hand side of the back panel. The instruction manuals are present and show minor signs of handling wear. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
