Description
This lot features a trio of LEGO construction sets from the Ideas and Limited Edition product lines. The first set is LEGO Ideas 40487 Sailboat Adventure, which includes 330 pieces and is recommended for ages 12 and up. The model depicts a brown-hulled sailboat with white sails, accompanied by two minifigures and two jumping dolphin figures. The second set is LEGO 40589 Pirate Ship Playground, a Limited Edition release for ages 7 and up with 168 pieces. This set features a pirate-themed playground structure with a yellow-rimmed slide, a palm tree, and two pirate minifigures. The third set is LEGO Ideas 40533 Cosmic Cardboard Adventures, intended for ages 18 and up and containing 203 pieces. The build represents a child’s bedroom imagination scene, featuring a spaceship made of simulated cardboard boxes, an astronaut minifigure, a cat, and a teddy bear.
Condition report:
Two sets, 40487 Sailboat Adventure and 40589 Pirate Ship Playground, are presented in their original boxes and are unopened with only minor shelf wear. Set 40533 Cosmic Cardboard Adventures has been opened. This set includes the original retail box, the instruction manual, and the plastic construction pieces which are housed in a clear Ziploc storage bag marked with the set number. The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
